Industrial halls with cranes, warehouses & canopy structures
Industrial halls with cranes, warehouses & canopy structures
Extension of warehouse hall - Dąbrowa Górnicza
The structure includes prefabricated reinforced concrete columns rigidly fixed in foundation footings, with a steel bearing structure of roofing designed in a simply supported static scheme. The hall's enclosure consists of sandwich panels (walls) and trapezoidal sheet (roof).
Warehouse hall - Toruń
Steel-structure warehouse hall. The main load-bearing systems consist of portal frames with rigid corner joints and pinned connections to the foundations. Thin-walled purlins were designed as structural bearing elements for the roofing. Longitudinal stability is ensured by a system of vertical bracings. The hall's cladding is made of trapezoidal sheet.
Canopy - Cholerzyn
Steel structure of canopy adjacent to the hal. The main load-bearing systems consist of frames with rigid corner joints and rigidly fixed in the foundations. The roof cladding is made of trapezoidal sheet supported by a system of thin-walled purlins. The shed is designed for goods handling using forklifts.
Canopy - Wrocław
Canopy for pallet storage constructed with a steel structure. The main load-bearing systems consist of portal frames with rigid corner joints and rigid connections to the foundations. The structural stability is ensured by a system of transverse, longitudinal, and vertical bracings in the roof planes and walls. The canopy's cladding comprises perforated mesh (walls) and trapezoidal sheet (roof).
Extension of industrial hall with 50t overhead crane - Kleszczów
Extension of the hall designed for horizontal transport using 50-ton overhead crane. The columns are made of steel, two-segmented, with a lattice structure in the crane-supporting section. The bearing structure of the roofing is made of steel and designed as simply supported. The hall's cladding consists of sandwich panels (walls) and trapezoidal sheet (roof).
Warehouse - Więckowice
Warehouse hall with a social and office block. The hall's columns are prefabricated reinforced concrete, rigidly fixed in monolithic foundation footings using J&P system of foundation anchors. The bearing structure of the roofing is made of steel, designed as simply supported on columns. The social and office section is designed in prefabricated reinforced concrete technology with a hollow-core slab floor system. The hall's cladding consists of sandwich panels (walls) and trapezoidal sheet (roof).
